The Pacific Center’s programs include mental health counseling, HIV services and support, youth development, and peer based education and support.
The National Center for Transgender Equality is dedicated to “advancing the equality of transgender people through advocacy, collaboration, and empowerment.” Working for trans rights in the realms of economic opportunity, documentation, health, homelessness, education, military, senior citizenry, immigration, federal prisons, family recognition, hate crimes, travel, and more, the NCTE is a dedicated social justice organization providing presence and strength for the transgender movement.
The Transgender Law Center works to “change law, policy, and attitudes so that all people can live safely, authentically, and free from discrimination regardless of their gender identity or expression.” The Transgender Law Center focuses on using legal services, public advocacy, and education to address trans rights and opportunities in the realms of employment, family law, health care, housing, identity documents, immigration, prisons, public accommodations, and youth services.
